Can you cap roaming so it simply cannot run away?
Yes. Hard caps and per-country controls can be set so a line stops rather than keeps charging. We would rather a driver rings the office than you get a surprise invoice.
We have drivers coming and going constantly. Is that a problem?
No, and it is the main reason to have someone managing it. Leavers and joiners are handled by us rather than by whoever in the office has the account password.
Does pooled data work if some drivers use far more than others?
That is exactly when it works best. The pool absorbs the variation, which individual allowances cannot do.
