How we handle the information you give us. Short version: we use it to answer your enquiry and look after your account, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect
- Contact details you give us through the enquiry form, by email or over the phone — name, business name, email address and phone number.
- Information about your current telecoms setup, including bills or contracts you choose to send us for review.
- Account and billing information for customers, as needed to supply and support your services.
- Basic technical information about your visit to this site, such as pages viewed and approximate location, where analytics are in use.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or review.
- To supply, bill and support the services you buy from us.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To send occasional updates about our services, where you have agreed to that. You can opt out at any time.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent for enquiry forms and marketing, on performance of a contract for services we supply to you, and on our legitimate interests in running and improving the business. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
To arrange the services you ask for, we may need to share your details with the relevant network or supplier — for example EE, Vodafone or O2 — and with the providers who run our systems, such as our form provider and email host. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you. Customer and billing records are kept for six years after the end of your contract, to meet accounting and legal requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict our use of it. Email info@eastbridgecomms.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
