Eighteen years in telecoms. None of the bad habits.
The team stepped away from the big corporates to do this properly — same networks, same pricing, a very different experience of getting hold of someone. We are based in Bury St Edmunds and work across Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex.
How we see it
We're a partner, not just another provider.
A provider sells you a contract and moves on. Eighteen years inside this industry taught our team that the contract is the easy part — what matters is who picks up eighteen months later when a phone's been lost on a Friday afternoon.
So we don't open with a product list. We start by learning how your business actually runs: where your people work, what breaks, what you're paying for things you don't use. The recommendation comes after that, and sometimes the recommendation is to stay where you are.
